Proposal Coordinator

Job Description: Ninyo & Moore a SOCOTEC Company has an immediate opening for a Marketing/Proposal Coordinator to work out of our Irvine CA office and work closely with our marketing team in San Diego CA. The successful candidate will:

• Work with team members in various locations to prepare marketing documents qualifications proposals SF330 documents and presentation materials in response to RFP/Qs
• Engage with team on a regular basis to ensure timely submittal of deliverables
• Prepare and update technical resumes and project write-ups
• Help maintain the template/content library and CRM program
• Assist with various other marketing-related tasks

Qualifications :

Desired Technical Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Power Point Outlook)
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign Photoshop)
• Demonstrated experience performing similar services with A/E/C firms is a plus

Additional Information :

Salary range: $30-40/hour depending on qualifications
