- Bachelors degree in civil engineering urban planning construction management or a related field
The experience we place:
- 3-5 years managing or coordinating right-of-way utility pipeline water wastewater transportation or municipal infrastructure projects
- Stakeholder coordination: utility owners public agencies contractors field crews
- Permitting easements utility records 811 coordination or land acquisition exposure a plus
- PE certification a plus not required
