Job Summary
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead coordinate and manage all phases of assigned construction projects ensuring adherence to project schedules budgets quality standards and safety protocols.
- Collaborate closely with clients architects designers engineers trade partners and internal teams to ensure effective communication project alignment and successful execution.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans including scope timelines resources and milestones.
- Manage project budgets track expenses review financial reports and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure financial goals are met.
- Identify potential risks and issues in projects develop mitigation strategies and proactively address challenges to ensure project success.
- Oversee procurement of materials equipment and subcontractor services ensuring timely delivery and compliance with project specifications.
- Lead project meetings provide regular updates to stakeholders and maintain proactive and transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Foster a culture of safety by promoting and enforcing safety policies and procedures on construction sites.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes identifying areas for enhancement and implementing best practices across projects.
- Mentor and develop project team members providing guidance feedback and opportunities for growth.
- Develop strong relationships with clients retain current repeat clients and identify and nurture prospective clients.
Qualifications :
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management Civil Engineering Architectural Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management demonstrating a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Profound knowledge of construction processes techniques and best practices.
- Experience with project management software and tools for scheduling budgeting and reporting.
- Proven ability to read and interpret construction drawings specifications and contracts.
- Familiarity with building codes regulations and permitting processes.
- Strong understanding of jobsite safety practices and OSHA 10-hour or 30-hour certification preferred.
- History of continual professional learning growth and development

Additional Information :
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to remain in a stationary position (e.g. standing or sitting) for extended periods when reviewing plans or conducting meetings.
- Ability to move about active construction sites including walking on uneven terrain climbing ladders or scaffolding ascending/descending stairs and navigating tight spaces.
- Ability to occasionally lift carry push or pull materials and equipment weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to read printed plans drawings and computer screens and conduct conversations in person and via phone/radio in noisy environments.
- Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions and temperatures.
- Ability to operate standard office and site inspection tools (e.g. laptop tablet measuring devices etc.)
