DESCRIPTION Reporting to ManagerProject Management the Project Coordinator will:

• 12 years of experience in project coordination creative operations marketing support or related role
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management and other collaboration tools
• A proactive solution-oriented mindset and willingness to ask questions and learn
• Comfort working in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment

Responsibilities

• Support in the coordination and execution of brand creative packaging digital and print projects from kickoff through delivery
• Assist in scheduling meetings documenting action items maintaining project timelines and tracking deliverables across creative workflows
• Help manage the intake of creative requests ensuring proper documentation file routing and internal system updates
• Monitor project milestones and deadlines flagging risks or bottlenecks proactively
• Serve as a point of contact for gathering feedback tracking review cycles and organizing stakeholder input
• Maintain accurate records in ensuring information consistency across workstreams
• Support file management and asset handoffs between creative production and other internal/external partners
• Contribute to operational improvements and SOP documentation efforts to help streamline and scale studio processes

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidates actual pay will be based on multiple factors such as work location job-related knowledge skills qualifications and experience. Celsius is a total rewards company. This position may be eligible for other compensation including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
