Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams manage timelines and budgets communicate with stakeholders and ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan execute and oversee projects from start to finish.
- Define project scope objectives timelines and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans schedules and budgets.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and assign tasks effectively.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve risks or issues.
- Communicate project status milestones and updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Manage project resources and prioritize competing tasks.
- Facilitate meetings track action items and ensure accountability.
- Continuously improve project management processes and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Management Engineering or a related field (preferred).
- 3 years of project management experience.
- Strong organizational leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana Jira Trello or Microsoft Project.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- PMP CAPM Scrum Master or other project management certifications are a plus.
