Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams manage timelines and budgets communicate with stakeholders and ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan execute and oversee projects from start to finish.
• Define project scope objectives timelines and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and assign tasks effectively.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve risks or issues.
• Communicate project status milestones and updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Manage project resources and prioritize competing tasks.
• Facilitate meetings track action items and ensure accountability.
• Continuously improve project management processes and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Management Engineering or a related field (preferred).
• 3 years of project management experience.
• Strong organizational leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana Jira Trello or Microsoft Project.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• PMP CAPM Scrum Master or other project management certifications are a plus.
