Job Summary

Responsibilities & Qualifications

We are seeking a Program Manager (PM) for the CSES contract.

The Program Manager serves as the contractor task order manager and primary authorized interface with the Contracting Officer COR and Government Task Managers. This roleleadsoverall execution integrates all service lines and is accountable for management direction administration quality control staffing continuity reporting and performance against the task order.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience

  • Experience managing and supervising asignificant numberof staffapproximately 200-400personnel across varied labor categories and skills on projects/programs ofsimilar sizeand scope.
  • Experience managing and delivering deliverables comparable to those requested inthe RFQ.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting government agencies customers or contracts within federal environments. This includes the Intelligence Community (IC) Department of Defense (DoD) Federal Civil agencies and military organizations. Prior experience supporting the same or similar contract with an in-depth understanding of the customer environment requirements and operational landscape is highly desirable.

Certifications

  • Active Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) Program Management Professional (PgMP) or current equivalent certification; certification must bemaintainedwhile on the program.
  • ITIL 4 Managing Professional
  • DoD 8140 IAM Level I

Education

  • Bachelorsin IT Business Engineering Management or related field

Clearance

  • Top Secret

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead day-to-day and strategic execution of the task order including program management transition ITSM practices managed services service desk desk-side support asset/configuration management testing release/deployment security support and transition-out activities.
  • Serve as the primary management interface with the CO COR GTMs and senior Government stakeholders; manage escalations decision coordination and formal program communications.
  • Establishand maintain the program management organization staffing model work breakdown structure schedules dashboards governance cadence and deliverable control processes.
  • Ensuretimelyaccurate and contract-compliant delivery of all program artifacts including the PMP QCP IMS WBS status reports SLA/SLO reports risk products and performance reviews.
  • Direct subcontractor and team performance ensure key personnel continuity andmaintaina qualified workforce across required labor categories and task areas.
  • Drive continuous service improvement risk managementfinancial management performance management and quality assurance across all workstreams.
