Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Program Manager to join our security business unit.

Primary Responsibilities:

Program Development & Executionâ

• Lead pieces of the lifecycle of enterprise programs i.e. concept and design rollout adoption and sustained performance.â
• Work on the translation of business needs operational challenges or strategic ideas into structured scalable programs and processes.â
• Work on the development of program charters roadmaps KPIs and success criteria.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaborationâ

• Partner with Operations IT HR Finance to help define requirements and ensure program success.â
• Help with the facilitation of cross-functional working groups and steering committees to drive progress and decision-making.â

Change Managementâ

• Execute change management strategies that support adoption and minimize disruption.â
• Work on communication plans training materials and engagement activities for stakeholders and end users.â
• Help guide leaders and teams through organizational change using structured methodologies.â

Process Design & Continuous Improvementâ

• Map design and improve enterprise processes ensuring efficiency consistency and compliance.â
• Gather stakeholder feedback and data toâidentifyâgaps and improvement opportunities.â

Program Communication & Reportingâ

• Work on the development of clear communication to keep stakeholders informed of progress risks and outcomes.â
• Prepare dashboards and updates for leadership.âIncluding creating analysis using excel tableau etc.
• Track program performance and report on key metrics milestones and financial impacts.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in business management or related fieldââ
• 5 years of experience leading programs projects or large-scale initiatives.â
• Demonstrated experience in process design operational excellence and/or organizational change management.â
• Strong understanding of compliance governance or regulatory environments.â
• Exceptional communication stakeholder engagement and executive presentation skills.â
• Proven ability toâinfluence acrossâfunctional areas and all levels of leadership.â
• Experience working in matrixed or enterprise environments.â

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications (preferred): PMPâProsci/Change Management Lean Six SigmaâPgMP or equivalent.â

Compensation: starting in the mid $80Ks commensurate with experience
