Roles and Responsibilities:

• Receive and unpack deliveries
• Assemble and ship post-enrollment kits for new members
• Monitor inventory of materials
• Process daily letter files for Enrollment Customer Service and other internal departments
• Manage daily weekly and monthly routine mailings for multiple clients
• Perform other duties as assigned

Experience Qualifications and Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Detail-oriented professional with ability to prioritize
• Ability to read and follow directions work independently
• Computer proficiency including Microsoft Outlook Excel and Word is amust
• Able to lift 60 lbs.

Working Conditions

• While performing the duties of this job the employee works in normal office working conditions.
