Preconstruction Coordinator

The Preconstruction Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and project coordination support to the Preconstruction and Development teams during planning and design. Assist with project documentation schedules meetings budgets due diligence and consultant coordination.

Primary Responsibilities

• Support multiple preconstruction projects and maintain schedules and action logs.
• Coordinate meetings agendas minutes and follow-up items.
• Organize drawings contracts reports and project files.
• Coordinate with architects engineers surveyors consultants and vendors.
• Assist with budgets bid comparisons and cost tracking.
• Track permits due diligence documents and project deadlines.
• Prepare reports presentations and general project correspondence.
• Perform other administrative and project support duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

Required Qualifications & Education

• Associates or Bachelors degree in Construction Management Real Estate Business Architecture Engineering or related field preferred.
• 02 years of related experience.
• Strong organizational communication and Microsoft Office skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and learn quickly.
