Plumbing Project Manager

A well-established commercial plumbing contractor in the San Jose area is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial plumbing construction projects from preconstruction through completion.

This individual will play a key role in managing schedules budgets subcontractors vendors and client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered safely efficiently and profitably.

• Manage commercial plumbing construction projects from kickoff through closeout
• Coordinate with field teams Superintendents foremen subcontractors and vendors
• Track project schedules budgets RFIs submittals change orders and procurement
• Review construction drawings specifications and contract documents
• Maintain communication with general contractors owners engineers and project stakeholders
• Monitor project costs and help maintain profitability goals
• Attend project meetings and provide regular project updates
• Assist with buyout and material procurement activities
• Ensure projects are completed safely on time and within budget
• Support field operations and help resolve project issues proactively

• 5 years of Project Management experience within commercial plumbing or mechanical construction
• Strong understanding of commercial plumbing systems and construction processes
• Experience managing commercial projects such as healthcare multifamily office industrial education or mixed-use developments preferred
• Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and specifications
• Strong communication organizational and leadership skills
• Experience with project management and construction software platforms
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

• Base salary ranging from $120000-$160000 depending on experience
