Duties/Responsibilities:
Welcome guests upon seating and ensure tables are clean properly set and fully stocked with utensils napkins and other essentials.
Present menus highlight daily specials and provide knowledgeable answers to guest questions regarding menu items.
Accurately take food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen.
Deliver food beverages condiments and requested items promptly and with care.
Verify orders are prepared correctly and meet guest expectations; promptly resolve any issues with the kitchen when needed.
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal and respond to additional needs as they arise.
Clear tables efficiently by removing used dishes and resetting as guests finish dining.
Prepare guest checks process payments and handle transactions accurately.
Assist with general restaurant duties including dining room cleanliness table maintenance and preparation of silverware and condiments.
Perform other related duties as assigned to support smooth restaurant operations.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent personal and customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Well-organized with ability to accurately take place and deliver food & beverage orders to guests and patrons.
Ability to operate point-of-sale systems.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced guest-focused environment.
