Elevate is seeking a Part-Time Office Coordinator to support our vibrant New York office in Midtown Manhattan. The candidate should be detail-oriented organized proactive and customer service focused. While there may be flexibility and variability to the schedule dependent on office needs this position will typically work in the office Monday Tuesday and Wednesday 9-3pm (hours may be adjusted slightly if needed and/or with additional hours as required).

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office manage both internal and external visitor requests and new employee ID and security processes
- Monitoring and ordering inventory for office kitchen and breakroom supplies
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails mail and packages
- Maintain coffee water and snacks in the kitchen daily
- Coordinating office maintenance and repairs
- Assisting with office events/lunches as well as preparation for client meetings
- Common space organization (meeting rooms breakroom reception area)
- General tidying and putting the office back in order after client and/or office events
- Maintaining the New York office calendar
- Coordination with the building management and landlord teams including required emergency drills trainings reporting etc.
- Ad-hoc assistance to the senior leadership team as required (i.e booking meetings travel collecting/coordinating lunch and/or dinner events)

A. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Proactive and takes initiative
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer skills and use of Microsoft Word and Outlook; Slack and Google Drive
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs (typically smaller packages that are delivered)
ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
- Status: Part Time (Approximately 25 - 29 hours per week)
- Hourly Rate: $25.00/hr
