We are looking for a highly organized Administrative Operations Coordinator to support our field service and project management teams. This is not a traditional desk admin role. You will be a key part of keeping daily operations moving handling service dispatch field scheduling warehouse logistics and administrative support in a construction and low-voltage service environment.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and manage incoming service calls; open track and close service tickets
Dispatch service technicians and coordinate scheduling priorities
Maintain communication between customers field staff project managers and service leadership
Assist with scheduling field manpower across service and project operations
Work alongside project managers to develop and maintain project schedules
Coordinate material deliveries to project sites and manage tool/equipment tracking
Assist with service billing invoice preparation and ticket documentation verification
Support operational reporting document management and administrative workflows
Provide administrative support to operations PMs and service leadership as needed
Required Qualifications
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to handle shifting priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience coordinating schedules logistics or service operations preferred
Background in construction service or field operations a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard administrative tools
Experience with Procore or similar project management software preferred
Ability to work effectively with field staff project managers and leadership
Benefits and Compensation
Pay range: $25 $34 per hour
Full-time in-office position
Based in Chandler Arizona
