Job Summary
Job Description: Ninyo & Moore a SOCOTEC Company has an immediate opening for a Marketing/Proposal Coordinator to work out of our Irvine CA office and work closely with our marketing team in San Diego CA. The successful candidate will:
- Work with team members in various locations to prepare marketing documents qualifications proposals SF330 documents and presentation materials in response to RFP/Qs
- Engage with team on a regular basis to ensure timely submittal of deliverables
- Prepare and update technical resumes and project write-ups
- Help maintain the template/content library and CRM program
- Assist with various other marketing-related tasks
Qualifications :
Desired Technical Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Power Point Outlook)
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign Photoshop)
- Demonstrated experience performing similar services with A/E/C firms is a plus
Required Skills
