Events Coordinator

The EventsCoordinator serves as the liaison between the event sales team and event execution team to ensure all parties have a detailed understanding of scheduled events and each clients expectations.  

Reports to the Events Sales Managers and General Manager of Restaurants. 

• Responds courteously to guest inquiries regarding availability usage of products the range of services restaurant offerings classes at Eatalys Chefs Table recipe help and location of products throughout the market 

• Communicates with the sales team and clients to meet all public and private event requests 

• Coordinates client requests in a timely manner 

• Develops menus and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) together with the store team for private dining events and La Scuola cooking classes 

• Follows up on special orders with management staff and kitchen 

• Performs other duties as required or assigned 

The pay rate for this position is $23-26 hourly.

Qualifications :

• 2 year in a similar role 

• High school diploma or equivalent 

• Hospitality or retail experience perffered

• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills 

• Proficient computer skills  

• Detail-oriented in writing and physical spaces
