Youll empower marketing and sales teams with the tools knowledge and frameworks required to clearly articulate the benefits of complex technologiesfrom high-voltage equipment to grid automation and energy management solutions.

This is a highly collaborative position where youll partner with Sales Product Marketing and Engineering teams to turn deep technical expertise into compelling customer-centric narratives. Your work will directly influence how solutions are positioned across key segments such as utilities industrial customers and electrical contractors. Your background

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Engineering Business or related field

• 5 years in marketing sales enablement or product marketing

• Experience in power electrical or industrial sectors

• Strong knowledge of electrical infrastructure or power distribution

• Ability to translate technical detail into compelling messaging

• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills
