Logistics Coordinator

Location: In Office USA - Illinois - Champaign

Role Type : Part-time

About the Role:

As the logistics coordinator for the Champaign Office you will have a broad range of responsibilities including office management facilities recruiting procurement and more. You will interact with individuals and organizations across the company. You will be a critical team member contributing to the success of site initiatives and the business.

This is a part-time role with a maximum of 15 hours/week.

Responsibilities can vary greatly from season to season and week to week so adaptability and good record keeping is critical.

This is a new position so initially the position will require creating and documenting procedures for the various responsibilities.

Helpful (not required) experience or training include:

• Collegiate or professional recruitment

• Organizing complex sets of data or workflow management
