DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Lead Salesforce located in Raynham Massachusetts.

This role supports the design development and enhancement ofSalesforce basedcommercial technology solutions that enable sales marketing and customer engagement teams across DePuy Synthes. TheLead CRM Developerworks as anearly careertechnical contributor applying Salesforce platform knowledge to build scalable compliant andhigh-qualitysolutions that improve commercial effectiveness and user experience. This position offers the opportunity to grow technical depth partner closely with business stakeholders and contribute to digital transformation initiatives within a global MedTech organizationand reports into the DePuy Synthes Technology organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design configure develop andmaintainSalesforce solutions (e.g. Sales Cloud and related capabilities) in support of commercial business processes.

• Translate business requirements into technical designs configurations and declarative or programmatic solutions underguidanceof senior engineers or architects.

• Lead the application of AI advanced analytics and automation to modernize commercial platforms enhancing customer engagement pricing and revenueoptimization anddatadrivendecision-makingwhile driving scalable and compliant commercial execution across sales marketing and customer operations.

• Support integrations between Salesforce and upstream/downstream enterprise systems using approved tools and patterns.

• Develop and execute unit testing and support system integration and user acceptance testing to ensure solution quality and reliability.

• Participate in release planning deployments and postdeployment support following established IT and governance standards.

• Document technical designs configurations and support procedures to enable maintainability and knowledge sharing.

• Collaborate with crossfunctional partners including IT Commercial Quality and Compliance to ensure solutions meet business and regulatory needs.

• Apply Johnson & Johnson Credovalues andtechnology best practices inall daytoday activities.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelors degreein Computer Science Information Systems Engineering or a related technical field.

• Advanced degree preferred.

Experience and Skills

Required:

• 4-6years of relevant professional experience in software engineering application development or enterprise systems support at a professional (P4) level.

• Handson experience with the Salesforce platform including configuration security model data model and basic automation tools.

• Foundational knowledge of Apex Lightning Web Components or other Salesforce development technologies.

• Foundational knowledge in various integration technologies such asWebmethodsSAPBTP andforms ofintegrations.

• Ability to analyze business requirements and contribute to technical solution design in a structured detailoriented manner.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

• Demonstrated accountability learning agility and ability to work productively under guidance in a team environment.

Preferred:

• Experience supporting Salesforce in a commercial sales or customer engagement environment.

• Exposure tosystem integrations APIs or middleware platforms in an enterprise environment.

• Familiarity with Agile or DevOps delivery methodologies.

• Salesforce Administrator or PlatformDeveloper Icertification.

• Demonstrated ability to proactivelyidentifyissues suggest improvements and continuously build technical capability.

Other:

• Language requirements: Englishproficiency.

• Travel: Up to 10% primarily domestic.

• Certifications: Salesforce certifications preferred but not.
