Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Agentforce SME with strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing implementing and optimizing AI-powered Salesforce solutions using Agentforce along with a strong understanding of Service Cloud capabilities and customer service workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce related AI capabilities.
- 8 years of overall Salesforce experience.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture configuration and customization.
- Experience implementing Salesforce solutions for complex enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of Salesforce automation tools integrations security and data management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently as an SME and collaborate effectively with distributed teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Copado for Salesforce DevOps CI/CD release management and deployment automation.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant Salesforce Administrator or relevant Agentforce/AI credentials.
- Experience with Salesforce AI Data Cloud Einstein capabilities or related Salesforce technologies.
