Job Summary

Requirements

Experience in Learning & Development Training or Instructional Design.

Hands-on experience developing and delivering training for IRS Notice Development using OpenText Exstream (formerly HP Exstream).

Experience creating structured learning paths training documentation and technical curricula.

Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and collaboration/project management tools such as Jira.

Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent presentation communication and facilitation abilities.

Active IRS MBI (Minimum Background Investigation) clearance is required.

This is a remote position.
