Requirements

Engagement Overview

Senior IT Service Management (ITSM) consultant from a systems integrator to assess structure and mature our ITSM practice. This is not a staff augmentation role. We need a practitioner who has built and fixed ITSM programs before with deep hands-on ServiceNow (SNOW) expertise and can operate with minimal direction at a senior level.

Engagement Scope

  • Conduct a rapid current-state assessment of ITSM processes: Incident Problem Change Request and Knowledge Management
  • Identify gaps in process tooling governance and adoption
  • Deliver a prioritized roadmap with clear milestones and measurable outcomes
  • Lead the configuration and optimization of ServiceNow workflows aligned to the target operating model
  • Define KPIs SLA structures and reporting frameworks that give leadership real visibility
  • Establish process ownership standards and hand off a sustainable operational model to internal teams
  • Work directly with the VP of Digital & Technology and key stakeholders across IT

What We Expect from the Consultant

  • 10 years in ITSM with at least 5 years in a consulting or SI delivery capacity
  • Senior Manager or Director-level profile: able to advise challenge and drive not just execute tasks
  • Proven ServiceNow expertise: ITSM module configuration CMDB service catalog reporting and integrations
  • ITIL v4 certification required; ServiceNow certifications (CSA ITSM) strongly preferred
  • Experience standing up ITSM programs at large enterprises not just maintaining existing ones
  • Strong communication skills: able to present findings and recommendations to VP and C-suite stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in an environment where the structure does not yet exist

Required Skills:

Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients regarding recruitment and staffing needs. Build and maintain strong long-lasting client relationships to understand their talent requirements and business goals. Proactively engage with clients to assess and fulfill their staffing needs providing tailored solutions based on market insights. Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for international hiring including sourcing screening interviewing and presenting candidates to clients. Coordinate with local and international recruitment teams to ensure candidates meet the required qualifications and cultural fit for the client. Stay updated on international labor markets hiring trends and regulatory requirements across different regions. Effectively communicate with both clients and candidates to ensure timely updates and feedback. Act as a liaison between clients and internal recruitment teams ensuring that client expectations are met and exceeded. Coordinate interviews onboarding processes and follow-up activities for international placements. Provide regular reports and updates to clients regarding recruitment progress pipeline status and key metrics. Address any concerns or challenges raised by clients and candidates ensuring timely resolutions and maintaining high service standards. Requirements Bachelors degree in Business Administration Human Resources or a related field. 4-5 years of experience in client services or recruitment with a focus on international hiring. Strong understanding of global recruitment processes. Proven experience managing client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service. Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies. Fluency in English is a must.
