Job Summary

HRSD Technical Lead:

Minimum Eight years of recent experience in solution architecture with ServiceNow specializing in the design of endtoend employee workflows and digital HR experiences.
Strong expertise in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) is required including HR Case Management Lifecycle Events and selfservice employee experiences.
Strong expertise in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD)is required including HR Case Management Lifecycle Events and selfservice employee experiences with additional experience across two or more ServiceNow modules such as WSD ITOM or CSM.

Required Certifications:

Certification Required: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow CAD (Certified Application Developer)
Certification Preferred : Certified Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) Professional or platform micro-certifications
