What Youll Do

• Support IT Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination across multiple concurrent workstreams
• Own and maintain the financial tracker - forecasting spend updates and system entry
• Monitor cross-project dependencies and flag risks before they become problems
• Keep the document repository current and ensure project artifacts meet quality standards
• Facilitate quality inspections and performance testing discovery sessions
• Lead test plan and test approach development; define success metrics for each testing cycle
• Manage defect tracking and coordinate with the right teams to drive resolution
• Report on quality and testing status throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate activities across vendor partners functional teams and IT leadership
• Assist with work plan development and prep for presentations and project updates

What We Need From You

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT Information Systems or a related technical field
• 3 years of experience working on IT project teams in a coordination or support role
• Strong financial acumen - youve managed budgets forecasts or spend tracking before
• Excellent communication skills across all levels written verbal and visual
• Proven ability to manage your own workload and prioritize without hand-holding
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Word Excel PowerPoint and Teams

Bonus If You Have

• PMP or Agile/Scrum certification
• Experience with Planview for resource and financial management
• Familiarity with Micro Focus Quality Center or similar quality management tools
• Power BI or other reporting platform experience
• Knowledge of Confluence Planview Agileplace or other Agile/Scrum tools
• Exposure to automated testing tools and processes
