Job Summary
Job title : Infrastructure Operations Manager
Location: Pleasanton CA (5 days onsite)

We are looking for a Infrastructure Lead with deep expertise in data center infrastructure servers storage DevOps and Cloud environment. This role demands strong technical leadership operational ownership and the ability to work closely with internal technology teams business stakeholders and external service providers to ensure high availability performance and resilience of mission-critical systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal technology teams and business domain experts to understand infrastructure requirements and translate them into robust solutions
- Act as the primary liaison with data centre service providers vendors and solution partners
- Manage and oversee DC DR architecture including data synchronization replication and periodic DR drills
- Own end-to-end responsibility for servers storage backup and system infrastructure deployed in the data centres
- Ensure proactive patching monitoring capacity planning performance tuning and availability management
- Lead infrastructure operations across Bengaluru and Mumbai offices ensuring consistency and compliance
- Drive infrastructure standardization documentation and operational best practices
- Identify risks performance bottlenecks and scalability challenges; propose and implement corrective actions
- Support audits regulatory requirements and security reviews related to infrastructure operations.
Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in data centre infrastructure support and operations.
- Strong hands-on experience leading Networks Linux Windows DevOps Cloud environments
- Experience supporting multiple technology stacks in high-availability environments.
- Good working knowledge of servers storage systems backup solutions and replication technologies
- Experience with open-source monitoring and replication tools
- Solid understanding of load balancers web servers SSL proxy servers and network-adjacent components
- Strong problem-solving troubleshooting and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently while also leading and collaborating within cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with internal stakeholders vendors and service providers.
