Job Summary
Construction Project Engineer
Location: Honolulu HI
Our client a well-established civil engineering consulting firm is seeking a Construction Project Engineer to support construction projects throughout Hawaii. This role involves coordinating with contractors owners consultants and regulatory agencies to help ensure projects are delivered safely on schedule and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Support construction administration and project coordination
- Review submittals RFIs change orders and project documentation
- Coordinate with contractors clients consultants and regulatory agencies
- Monitor project schedules budgets and progress
- Attend project meetings and perform site visits as needed
- Assist with project closeout and documentation
- Occasional travel to neighbor islands may be required
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field
- 15 years of construction or civil engineering experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Must currently reside in Hawaii. Only local candidates will be considered.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
