We offer a competitive salary range of $80000 - $90000 annually alongside a dynamic workplace culture focused on growth and development.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional service.
  • Lead train and motivate staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
  • Manage inventory ordering and supplier relationships efficiently.
  • Implement and maintain health and safety standards in compliance with regulations.
  • Analyze financial performance and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to streamline workflows and enhance menu offerings.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
  • Collaborate on marketing initiatives to attract and retain clientele.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in restaurant management or assistant management.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire a team.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Solid understanding of budgeting and financial reporting processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
  • Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed.
  • A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus.
