We value personal accountabilityhigh ethical and professional standards and a great sense of humor!JOB SUMMARYThe Human Resources Executive Assistant will provide high-level and confidential administrative support to the Chief Human Resource Officer and the department by conducting research preparing statistical reports and handling information requests as well as performing administrative functions such as preparing correspondence coordinating internal and external meetings and events. The Executive Assistant will anticipate needs and provide administrative support to the director during labor negotiations; performs work on special projects as assigned.Click here for a complete list of the duties responsibilities and physical requirements of this position.

- This position is eligible for up to two salary raises within your first year. An Increase may be given at the end of the 6-month probationary period depending on starting salary and at the 1-year anniversary as long as your performance is in good standing! Annual performance-based increases are given until the maximum of the salary range is reached.
- Note: salary placement will be based on your level of directly related experience and education consistent with Oregons pay equity law.
Minimum Qualifications
The following minimum qualifications are required for this position:- Associates degree or two years college coursework or related technical training; AND
- at least 5 years of progressively responsible administrative or related support experience.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
