Proven leadership of large-scale HR system implementations and transformations from concept through stabilization.
Partner with HR COEs to translate business requirements into technology-enabled solutions across the employee lifecycle (Core HR Talent Learning Recruiting Compensation Workforce Management) and making sure they feel supported.
Manage strategic relationships with IT system integrators and SaaS vendors holding partners accountable to SLAs delivery quality and business outcomes.
Coach and influence senior HR and business leaders serving as a trusted advisor on HR technology and transformation decisions.
