Job Summary
GHJ Search & Staffing is partnering with a growing apparel manufacturing and private label company with approximately $100M in annual revenue that is seeking a Financial Controller to join its leadership team.
This is a highly visible role reporting directly to the CFO and overseeing the companys accounting operations financial reporting cost accounting inventory accounting audit support and cash flow management.
- Lead month-end and year-end close
- Manage AP AR GL payroll and financial reporting
- Oversee cost accounting inventory WIP and inventory-in-transit
- Manage factoring relationships and A/R financing
- Lead audits and ensure GAAP compliance
- Partner with Production Sourcing Logistics and Executive Leadership
- Manage and develop the accounting team
- Prior Controller experience
- Apparel manufacturing wholesale private label or import production experience
- Strong cost accounting and inventory accounting knowledge
- QuickBooks Online expertise
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience in high-volume transaction environments
- Factoring and financing experience is a plus
