Facilities Technician
Location: Reno NV
Schedule: Full-Time
Pay:$33.00-36.00 per hour
We are seeking an experienced Facilities Technician to join a growing operations team in Reno NV. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled maintenance professional with strong experience in boilers chillers HVAC systems and cooling towers who takes pride in keeping facilities running safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain facility systems to ensure safe and efficient operations
- Troubleshoot and repair boilers chillers HVAC systems cooling towers and mechanical equipment
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems
- Support plumbing carpentry lighting and general building repairs
- Replace lighting bulbs and ballasts as needed
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance services
- Move office furniture equipment and materials as requested
- Respond quickly to maintenance requests and operational issues
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 10 years of facilities maintenance experience required
- Strong experience with boilers chillers HVAC systems and cooling towers
- Knowledge of mechanical systems tools maintenance procedures and repairs
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment and solve problems independently
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
- EPA
