What Youll Do
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial building equipment and facility systems
Troubleshoot and repair commercial and industrial HVAC equipment electrical systems plumbing and mechanical equipment
Maintain boilers chillers pumps compressors motors and other critical building systems
Complete daily inspections and preventive maintenance assignments
Operate and monitor Building Automation Systems (BAS) and facility controls
Repair lighting door hardware plumbing fixtures and general building systems
Utilize CMMS software to complete work orders document repairs and track preventive maintenance
Coordinate with vendors and contractors during maintenance projects
Respond to emergency maintenance calls while maintaining a safe work environment
Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards and company procedures
What Were Looking For
2 years of commercial industrial or building maintenance experience
Basic to intermediate troubleshooting skills in electrical and commercial HVAC systems
Experience with mechanical equipment such as pumps motors boilers or chillers is a plus
Familiarity with Building Automation Systems (BAS) or willingness to learn
Experience using a CMMS is preferred
Ability to read basic electrical and mechanical drawings
EPA Certification is a plus but not required
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
