The Facilities Operators basic function is to perform basic manual labor tasks in waste removal from engine lines and related areas. Operate cardboard baler and associated tools and equipment. Assist Maintenance personnel in various tasks.
Location: Hattiesburg MS
Shift: 1st Shift 6:30am to 3:00pm with occasional overtime including Saturdays
Specific Responsibilities
Operate cardboard baler and related equipment
Follow verbal work instructions
Verify safety procedures and protocols are followed
Use power tools hand tools and other special equipment as required
Perform other duties as assigned
Understand basic functions of assembly line and processes
Understand proper use of tools and equipment to support the assembly lines
Understand capabilities and limitations of power tools
Report to work area by shift start up time

Periodic communication with Plant Leadership
Requirements
High school diploma or GED equivalent
External - Minimum 3 years relevant work experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment
Internal - Minimum 1 year of relevant and proficient work experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment
PIV Experience
Ability to Stand Walk and move throughout the facility for extended periods.
Must be able to lift up to 50 LBS occasionally
