Successfulcandidatewill perform machine testing and maintenance on Ion Implanters and RF Plasma Systems.Candidatesmust takedirectionfrom management staff (Physicists and Engineers) andbe able to independently provideexpertisetoaccomplishassigned tasks. Knowledge of Ion implanters and RF plasma systems is.Must be able to communicate effectively and interact with a diverse project team to collect compilemaintainand interpret data and test results accurately.

Qualifications:

1. Education:Associatedegree or equivalent technical certification in electronics electrical automotiveroboticsora relatedfield.

2. Experience:5-10years of relevant experience

3.Proficiencyin reading and interpreting technicalmanuals andschematics.

4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detailability totroubleshootdiagnoseand resolve equipment issues efficiently.

5. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-pacedEngineering & R&Denvironment.

7. Willingness to adhere to strict safety protocols and procedures while working with hazardous materials and equipment.

8. Flexibility to workvariousshifts ifbusiness needsrequire.Flexibility to work variousshifts for trainingandorteam building exercises.

9. Ability to travel bothdomesticallyandinternationally sometimes on short notice.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform routine maintenance tasks on semiconductor implant equipment to ensure proper functioning and prevent downtime.

2. Diagnose and troubleshootequipmentmalfunctionsutilizingtechnical manuals diagnostic tools andexpertisein semiconductor processes.

3. Conduct preventive maintenance activities according to schedule including cleaning calibration and replacement of parts.

4. Collaborate with engineers andscientiststodevelop newsemiconductorequipment andoptimizeexistingequipment performance.

5. Document maintenance activities including repairs replacements and adjustments in maintenance logs and databases.

6. Assist in the setup and qualification of newexperimentalsemiconductor implant equipment.

7. Stay updated on technological advancements and best practices in semiconductorequipmentto continuously improve maintenanceand operationalprocesses.

8. Adhere to safety protocols and procedures while working with hazardous materials and high-voltage equipment.

9. Required participation in site Emergency Response Team (ERT) which includes:

  • Maintaining ERT training and certifications;participatein drills and meetings

  • Respond to workplace emergencies and support evacuation and incident management activities

  • Maintain readiness professionalism and confidentiality during all ERT functions

  • Support site safety preparedness and regulatory compliance initiatives

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location hire grade job-related knowledge skills experience and with consideration of internal equity of our current team addition to a comprehensive benefits package candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program as applicable.

For all sales roles the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
