What are we looking for

Minimum:

• Bachelors degree in engineering or closely related scientific or technical disciplines
• 2 year engineering capital project management experience in closely related industry
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Travel 20-50% (determined by project cycle complexity and need)
• Proven ability to work in a team environment and on high performing teams.
• Strong communication listening and influencing skills.

Preferred:

• Masters Degree in technical field
• 5 years in project management
• Prior experience managing others
• Oversight and drive large capital projects

What will be your key responsibilities

• Take the lead in scoping planning and executing capital projects up to $10M that drive real business impact and innovation.
• Own the full project lifecyclefrom initial design concepts to final installationacross multiple sites ensuring smooth and successful delivery.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams bringing together engineering expertise and project management skills to overcome challenges and exceed expectations.
• Be the go-to expert for all engineering aspects of your projects coordinating resources and managing timelines to keep everything on track.
• Actively contribute as a vital member of the Engineering team and extended project groups sharing insights and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
