What are we looking for
Minimum:
- Bachelors degree in engineering or closely related scientific or technical disciplines
- 2 year engineering capital project management experience in closely related industry
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Travel 20-50% (determined by project cycle complexity and need)
- Proven ability to work in a team environment and on high performing teams.
- Strong communication listening and influencing skills.
Preferred:
- Masters Degree in technical field
- 5 years in project management
- Prior experience managing others
- Oversight and drive large capital projects
What will be your key responsibilities
- Take the lead in scoping planning and executing capital projects up to $10M that drive real business impact and innovation.
- Own the full project lifecyclefrom initial design concepts to final installationacross multiple sites ensuring smooth and successful delivery.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams bringing together engineering expertise and project management skills to overcome challenges and exceed expectations.
- Be the go-to expert for all engineering aspects of your projects coordinating resources and managing timelines to keep everything on track.
- Actively contribute as a vital member of the Engineering team and extended project groups sharing insights and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
