Role: Digital Operations Lead
Location: 2 S. Biscayne Blvd Miami FL
Duration:6-12 months
Work Model: Onsite 4 days/week (Monday-Thursday) remote on Friday

Position Overview
The Digital Operations Lead will be responsible for ensuring the reliability scalability and performance of the organizations digital IT platforms with a strong emphasis on SAP Hybris Commerce Cloud. This role requires a seasoned professional with deep expertise in site reliability engineering (SRE) cloud environments and modern API/microservices frameworks. The Lead will oversee operational excellence across digital commerce platforms drive incident management and partner with engineering teams to continuously improve system performance.
Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure high availability stability and scalability of digital commerce and API platforms.
  • Lead monitoring incident response troubleshooting and rootcause analysis for production systems.
  • Manage and optimize SAP Hybris Commerce Cloud and GraphQL services in live environments.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance system reliability observability and automation.
  • Define and manage servicelevel agreements (SLAs) to meet business and customer expectations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across digital operations and cloud infrastructure.
Core Skills & Expertise
  • Intermediate to advanced Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices.
  • Strong handson experience with SAP Hybris Commerce Cloud.
  • Proficiency in GraphQL services and API management.
  • Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS Azure) and observability tools.
  • Automation mindset with proven ability to streamline operations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology Engineering or related field.
  • 10 years of experience in digital operations leadership roles.
  • Deep knowledge of commerce platforms (SAP) microservices architecture API frameworks (GraphQL) and cloud environments (AWS Azure).
  • Strong problemsolving skills with proven success in incident management and system optimization.
  • Ability to lead crossfunctional teams and collaborate effectively with engineering and business stakeholders.
