Lead Services Specialist Digital Business Operations

Essential Functions / Responsibilities:

Contribute to the Software Services Operations by working closely with portfolio leaders and resource managers for operations analysis planning and execution. Ensure a consistent efficient and effective delivery of operational services in line with global standards to support the achievement of business objectives across all areas. Provide guidance to ensure compliance with standards continuous development of people and processes and effective management of budget and resources. Resolve specification issues handle correspondence provide periodic updates ensure customer satisfaction and negotiate/coordinate with staff as appropriate. Propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated project management processes. Identify opportunities for business improvements and trends. Recommend strategies to address these in discussion/agreement with management. Analyze key performance indicators to ensure adherence to target levels and budget. Recognize variations to the processes and adjust accordingly. Take appropriate action on resource planning with portfolio leaders and resources managers. Ensure processes are identified and developed to accurately reflect the business goals and objectives. Use technical experience and analytical thinking to proactively make or recommend decisions based on in-depth analysis. Use multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own teams to arrive at decisions. Apply data visualizations to support findings. Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements. Serve as a resource to colleagues delivering training as required to support teams using these systems.
