Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and emailProvide product pricing and order-related information to customers and business partnersProcess customer orders quotations and related documentation accurately and efficientlyCommunicate order updates and delivery information with customers and internal departmentsMaintain and update customer account information within company systemsResolve customer concerns and coordinate solutions with internal teams as neededSupport international and domestic customer accounts in a fast-paced environmentReview technical documents drawings and specifications related to customer ordersRecommend products and services based on customer needs and application requirementsCollaborate with sales operations and management teams to ensure customer satisfactionAssist with claims processing issue resolution and continuous account supportBuild and maintain strong professional relationships with customers and partners
