Position Summary
We are seeking a Site Content Publisher who will be responsible for developing and syndicating content across a large network of home services this role you will work collaboratively with fellow members of the team and manage a network of site content producers to conceptualize and design content strategies that drive customer acquisition and organic visibility.

Key Responsibilities
This individual will be responsible for developing content to support customer acquisition for clients and delivering constant process and quality assurance improvements. This role requires significant operations and people management experience.
The ideal candidate has a strong mix of project delivery experience is a great self-starter and will handle the following:
- Content & Team Management: Oversee a network of site content producers to ensure high-quality content is consistently produced to support the overarching content strategy.
- On-Page SEO Optimization: Analyze current web content and work with creative and development teams to implement recommended changes. Focus on strategic key phrase placement within compelling copy to maximize indexing ranking click-through and conversion.
- SEO Strategy Execution: Create original content including necessary keywords titles and descriptions to improve organic performance. Implement strategies such as changing keywords meta tags website copy and editorial improvements to meet online objectives.
- Link Building & Collaboration: Work alongside the SEO Manager and editorial teams to support external link building for web properties to ensure maximum SEO benefit.
- Process Improvement: Drive constant quality improvements establish consistent processes and generate cost efficiencies.
- Client & Remote Interaction: Maintain regular communication and interaction with clients. Thrive in a remote environment while staying self-motivated detail-oriented and data-driven using video chat and voice channels.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience: 24 years of relevant work experience in SEO digital marketing or content publishing.
- Technical Skills: Strong experience using WordPress for site management. A basic understanding of HTML and CSS as they relate to publishing content on the web.
- Tools: Proficient with Slack/Discord Trello and Google Workspace.
- Remote Expertise: Proven experience working remotely meeting tight deadlines and adapting smoothly to changing scopes.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Mindset: High degree of creativity and strong marketing instincts.
