THE TYPE OF CLIENT ONBOARDING PROJECT MANAGER WERE LOOKING FOR

Were searching for someone who can meet the following qualifications:

• 4 years of experience in SaaS project management specifically within HCM or payroll
• Proven ability to manage multiple enterprise implementations simultaneously
• Strong knowledge of HR payroll and workforce management operations

A current PMP CAPM or Scrum Master certification is preferred.

WHAT ITS LIKE TO BE OUR CLIENT ONBOARDING PROJECT MANAGER

In this full-time role youll lead the onboarding journey from discovery sessions to implementation plans. Youll coordinate internal teams manage critical assets like payroll data and mitigate risks to keep projects on schedule. As the main client contact youll resolve challenges and guide decision-making while ensuring alignment. Before launch youll conduct thorough QA to ensure accuracy and deliver a seamless first payroll experience with precise Salesforce documentation.
