Job Summary
Celero Commerce is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Boarding Specialist to join our Operations this role you will be responsible for accurately boarding new merchant accounts by processing requests submitted through our ticketing system and email channels. The ideal candidate is highly organized able to manage multiple priorities and committed to delivering exceptional service while meeting established service level agreements (SLAs).
As a Boarding Specialist you will work closely with internal teams partners and clients to ensure merchant applications are completed accurately and efficiently helping to create a seamless onboarding experience.
Responsibilities:
Using multiple systems as neededensure applications are boarded accurately andtimelywithin approved SLAs.
Learn and navigate the boarding and processor systems that Celero uses to board merchant applications to the processors
Communicate withpartnersteam members and leadershipto ensure all relevant information is presented on the merchant application to board properly
Update tickets with proper status and detailsregardingthe work completed
Communicate with clients and/or team membersregardingany changes needed questions or concerns
Meet the deadlines for tasks
Attends andparticipatesin job related classes and webinars
Perform other duties as assigned
Experience & Requirements
1-2 yearspreviousprofessional experience in a similar roleorwith data entryin themerchant servicesor similar industry.
Be highly organized with great attention to detail
Performjob functions in the best interest ofCelerosand followingthe right process
Able to navigate ambiguity while exploring innovative solutions and driving business impact
Reports to: VP of Partner Support
Start date: Immediate
Employment type: Full-time; Non-Exempt
Compensation: $25/ hour
Location: Onsite in our Dallas TX office
