About the Role:
We are seeking an Information Processing Specialist with strong Insurance domain knowledge to join our team in Austin TX. This role requires hands-on experience in processing Certificates of Insurance/Proof of Insurance with a focus on Property & Casualty Insurance. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of Certificate of Insurance (COI) experience strong attention to detail and excellent analytical and interpretation skills. This is a 100% onsite position requiring physical presence at the Austin location.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Certificate of Insurance (COI) and Proof of Insurance requests accurately and efficiently.
Apply Insurance domain knowledge to interpret and validate insurance documentation.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements around issuance of Certificates.
Review and analyze insurance certificates for accuracy and completeness.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve insurance documentation issues.
Maintain attention to detail in all data processing and verification tasks.
Utilize analytical skills to interpret complex insurance information.
Required Skills:
Insurance domain knowledge
Insurance - Property & Casualty Insurance
Good understanding of P&C Insurance/Insurance broking
Hands on experience of processing Certificate of Insurance/Proof of Insurance
Attention to details strong analytical and interpretation skills
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience with ACORD forms (especially ACORD 25)
Regulatory knowledge around issuance of Certificates
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Education:Graduate
