End-User Technology Specialist
Remote United States
Our client is expanding its internal technology function and supports a distributed workforce.
You will:
- Resolve end-user technology issues ranging from everyday requests to advanced troubleshooting.
- Administer employee accounts application permissions and authentication controls.
- Prepare and coordinate company equipment for remote employees while keeping inventory information current.
- Assist with security operations involving suspicious communications user access and workstation protection.
- Improve internal procedures and technical documentation as the support function grows.
The ideal candidate brings:
- At least three years of end-user or desktop-support experience.
- Practical experience supporting both Windows and macOS users.
- Familiarity with identity directory or device-management platforms.
- Strong investigative skills and the ability to communicate technical solutions clearly.
