Prepares work schedules and assigns trains and evaluates the work of subordinates and supervisors.
Follows up on reports to management and ensure that departmental policies and procedures are followed and proper logbook records are maintained
Resolves employee complaints and grievances and maintain and update employee and department files.
Monitor supplies inventory and requisition tools equipment and supplies.
Supervise maintenance and repairs of water and boiler treatment equipment and maintain pool and spas to standard.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
