• Lead daily Front of House and Bar operations.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Train coach and develop servers bartenders hosts and support staff.
• Lead by example during busy shifts and assist wherever needed.
• Maintain a clean organized and welcoming restaurant environment.
• Monitor food quality service standards and guest interactions.
• Assist with scheduling staffing and labor management.
• Manage cash handling deposits and daily reconciliations.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies.
• Help execute promotions events and sales-building initiatives.
• Address guest concerns professionally and resolve issues quickly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies liquor laws and safety standards.

• Previous restaurant leadership supervisor or management experience preferred.
• Bartending experience strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-volume environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Availability to work nights weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to stand walk lift and actively work throughout a shift.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
