About the Role
Rosatis Pizza & Sports Bar is looking for an energetic hospitality-driven Assistant Manager / Front of House & Bar to help lead our dining room sports bar and guest experience operations.
This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys working alongside their team building relationships with guests and creating a positive high-energy atmosphere. Were looking for a leader who isnt afraid to jump behind the bar assist on the floor coach team members and help drive operational excellence every day.

What Youll Do
Lead daily Front of House and Bar operations.
Deliver exceptional guest experiences and ensure customer satisfaction.
Train coach and develop servers bartenders hosts and support staff.
Lead by example during busy shifts and assist wherever needed.
Maintain a clean organized and welcoming restaurant environment.
Monitor food quality service standards and guest interactions.
Assist with scheduling staffing and labor management.
Manage cash handling deposits and daily reconciliations.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies.
Help execute promotions events and sales-building initiatives.
Address guest concerns professionally and resolve issues quickly.
Ensure compliance with company policies liquor laws and safety standards.
What Were Looking For
Previous restaurant leadership supervisor or management experience preferred.
Bartending experience strongly preferred.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team.
Excellent communication and guest service skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-volume environment.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Availability to work nights weekends and holidays as needed.
Ability to stand walk lift and actively work throughout a shift.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
