As a Power and Analog Hardware Design engineer for our maritime business area youll be a member of a cross functional team responsible for concept design development test production and life cycle support of power and analog equipment designs as well as subsystem-level designs.

What sets you apart:

Understanding of development of power system architectures; knowledgeable in power conversion (AC/DC DC/DC DC/AC & various topologies) power conditioning filtering distribution protection control & monitoring techniques and related analog design skills is a plus.
Background with design and development of analog and power filter circuit & equipment design in e.g. communications networked systems telemetry RF/microwave or similar technologies.
Experience specifying designing analyzing testing power and analog circuitry and equipment; including familiarity with related CAD/modeling/simulation tools and translation into circuit boards & products.
Experience specifying qualifying testing and successfully integrating commercial off the shelf hardware especially for the Defense / Aerospace marketplace.
Familiarity with servo & control systems design modeling implementation and test is a plus.
Strong understanding of electrical engineering computer-aided design (CAD) tools and mixed signal circuit analysis/design
Ahead of technology trends with Research & Development (R&D) experience as well as advanced proficiency in test troubleshooting and analyzing circuit card schematics
Motivated to drive innovation around design architectures assembly component selection and electronics design
Exceptional collaboration and communication skills with demonstrated success leading design teams for complex projects

Target salary range: USD $124397.00/Yr. - USD $138003.00/Yr. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.

Basic Qualifications
Requires a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related Science Engineering Technology or Mathematics field. Also requires 5 years of job-related experience or a Masters degree plus 3 years of job-related experience.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required within a reasonable period of time.
