Job Summary
Duties:
- Monitor Facilitate and Manage organizational schedules and calendars
- Manage and de-conflict schedules and organizational commitments along with coordinating and facilitating meetings and conferences.
- Create manage and maintain databases and rosters to include; reviewing proofreading and correcting outgoing correspondence updating squadron rosters and distributing office mail.
- Coordinate meeting/conference organization and preparation which includes developing agendas and presentations scheduling and preparation of meeting venue recording and tracking action items and performing venue security duties.
- Update official bulletins displays and announcements.
- Act as alternate to the Unit Personnel Coordinator; assist with in/out processing of military civilian and contractor personnel.
- Assist with Human Resource duties; assist with performing as a system operator for Military Personnel Data System (MILPDS) MyFSS Base Level Service Delivery Model (BLSDM) and Military Leave Web.
Requirements:
- Masters Degree and 10 years of relevant experience; *Years of experience may be substituted for education requirement per customer approval.
- Active Secret clearance.
- Ability to communicate clearly to multiple stakeholders.
- Must have a demonstrated ability to work as part of an integrated team.
- Must have strong communication skills and possess some technical writing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Desired Qualification:
- Experience with MILPDS MyFSS BLSDM
- Test Conductor experience with military systems.
- Excellent organizational and communications skills.
Security Clearance:Must have and be able to maintain a Secret security clearance with eligibility for Special Access Programs.
Other Essential Job Functions:Must be willing to travel up to 10%.
