ABOUT THE ROLE
Virginia Tax seeks qualified resource to be responsible for:

Considerable knowledge of Microsoft Operating systems; Windows 11 or higher; Working knowledge ofMS Office including Outlook and MS365.
Considerable knowledge of pc hardware peripherals & networks
Considerable knowledge of Laptop RefreshAbility to use software tools (SCCM Remote Desktop Dameware etc) to remotely connect to workstations.
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Ability to perform software installations configurations and troubleshooting hardware and software.
Considerable knowledge of SCCM/SMS
A strong working knowledge of computer systems hardware and software including drivers and bios.
Excellent problem-solving analytical and team-working skills.
Excellent customer service communication and interpersonal skills.
An openness to learningnew technologies.
