- You will deepen your technical expertise by learning to research complex accountingguidance and analyze US GAAP implications for the business.
- You will evolve from identifying process gaps to owning the implementation ofautomation solutions that improve team efficiency.

- You will expand your influence by building trusted partnerships with senior leaders andcross-functional teams across the organization.
Things Youll Do
- Own specific areas of the month-end close process completing requirements on timeand with accuracy requiring minimal oversight.
- Prepare journal entries and perform reconciliations with a strong understanding of USGAAP knowing when to raise concerns or flag transactions for technical review.
- Work with internal and external auditors.
- Assist in the preparation of schedules and financial statements for annual audits.
- Identify gaps in current systems and processes and propose potential solutions forautomation.
- Help with other accounting duties and ad-hoc requests as they come.
What Were Looking For On Your Resume
- Masters degree in Accounting OR Bachelors degree in Accounting and a minimum of1 years of accounting experience.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to remain flexible in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment.
- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
- Able to work within a team environment effectively as well as function independently.
- Great oral and written communication skills.
- CPA certification is a plus.
- Experience with NetSuite VBA macros AI and other data analytics tools.
