DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a A2R DS Manager located in Massachusetts US.
This role will be part of the Global Services Finance team inthe GS FinanceAccounting process area. The Global Services Finance organization provides best-in-class cost-effective financial services and compliancein a J&J wayto our Operating Companies around the world.
TheGSFaccounting teamis responsible forthe completeandaccurateaccounting for all transactions. This includes but is not limited to creating the Sales and corresponding Purchase orders reconciling out of balancesmonitoringageingand performing balance sheet reconciliations.
Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate ourOrthopaedicsbusiness to create a new publicly traded process of the planned separation isanticipatedto be completed within24 months and it will be subject to legal requirements including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies as required and other customary conditions and isanticipatedthat followingconclusionof the transaction this positionmay be conveyedwithNewOrthopaedics that case details of any planned changes would be provided to the successful candidate by NewOrthopaedicsatan appropriate timeand would be subject to any necessary consultation processes.

Be compliant with applicable laws and regulations and follow guidelines in the J&J Credo
Maintain Operational Excellence
Responsible forleading ofaccounting and daily operations forGSFAccounting process areas.
Timely closing& executionof financial periods as per closing calendar andin accordance withSLAcommitments fullyobservingCompliance Internal Audit & SOX requirements.
Accountable for completenessaccuracyand validity of the actuals reported within process/entity scope.
Driving deepexpertise ensuringteamare fully knowledgeable of the Worldwide Procedures and compliance requirements for respective areas.
Lead Accounting team (team of B25 and below associates).
Support auditors and legal authorities with the execution of required activities.
Ensure adherence monitor remediate and align compliance responsibilities with stakeholders.Manage mitigateand escalate risks ona timelybasis.
Ensure strong internal controls are in placetoachieve adequate internal and external audit ratings.

Qualifications:
Education: MinimumBachelorslevel degree in Accounting Finance or related business discipline
Minimum7 yearsof professional experience.
Minimum5 years in Supervisory/1stLine Leader rolein a Shared Service or BPO organization.
Experience inleading andmanaginglarge teams (15and above Team size headcount)
Track recordofparticipatingin Continuous Improvement and/or organizational or process transformation.
Experience in a GlobalAccount toReportfunction of a multi-national company.
Experience in multiplemigrationof work.
Exhibitsstrategic innovative & agilemindset.
Demonstratesstrong accountabilityfor resultsin self and for team.

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months subject to legal requirements including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies as may be required regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals.
