Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Manager Housekeeping / Soft Services to oversee housekeeping operations and soft service functions across facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional cleanliness standards managing service teams coordinating vendors maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations and delivering a safe hygienic and well-maintained environment while ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Forecast and plan large-scale manpower requirements toensure seamless 24/7 operations across the 50-flooroffice tower and 5-story mall.
Manage relationships with external Soft Service providersand vendors ensuring strict adherence to Service LevelAgreements (SLAs).
Direct the comprehensive management of all wet and drygarbage collection segregation and recycling programsfor the entire 800000 sqft premises.
Analyze operational datasuch as footfall trendsconsumable usage customer feedback and performancemetricsto identify trends and optimize cleaningfrequencies.
Oversee the strategic allocation and rostering of a largejanitorial workforce via facility supervisors ensuringoptimal coverage during peak mall hours and after-hourscorporate cleaning.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Facility Management HospitalityManagement Business Administration or a closelyrelated field.
810 years of progressive experience in Soft ServicesHousekeeping or Facilities Management.
Minimum of 4 years in a managerial capacity overseeinga large workforce (100 staff/vendors).
Extensive experience drafting negotiating andenforcing SLAs and KPIs for outsourced janitorial wastemanagement and pest control contracts.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills tonegotiate with external vendors present reports tosenior management and enforce compliance withpremium corporate tenants.
Strong ability to motivate train and manage a diverse blue-collar workforce across multiple shifts.
